Create an innovative and professional tablet based application, which allows individual executives and groups of executives to provide an instant assessment on their organization on certain \u201chealth dimensions\u201d. These assessments, in form of a self-administered survey, will be typically undertaken within in meeting or a workshop format.\u00a0The target audience are managers and deciders from mid-sized and large companies at a global level.<\/p>\n

A secondary purpose is the tool being an impressive and smooth marketing instrument to promote the theme of organizational health.<\/p>\n

Strategy<\/h2>\n

Through an App with a professional, modern and intuitive design, results will be instantly available and quantified. In several summary charts participants will learn about overall strengths and weaknesses within the organization according to their answers. The results will be the basis of an immediate discussions about possible issues, which might exist in the organization.<\/p>\n
